Please select your Server, then "Continue" which will show the quantities available.

Gold, Credits, or other Game Currencies are delivered in an average of 4-8 hours. Some orders may exceed 24 hours in case of servers down or for reasons out of our control. If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, please contact our Live Support. Be prepared to give your order number, name, email, and details about the order. If your order should exceed 48 hours, we will deliver a 5% bonus on undelivered currencies.

If placing an order with mail as a delivery method, please note that you will have 10 hours from the time we notify you to pick your order up.  If you fail to pick your order up in that time, then if the gold is not in your mailbox, you will have to pay for it again.  If you contact us within the 10 hours stating the gold was not delivered, then we will investigate the matter and determine if the gold was in fact not delivered.  If it was not, we will issue a redelivery at no charge. 

Note: We CAN determine if the gold was safe for those 10 hours.
