Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, MoneyBookers, and Western Union.

I do not see Western Union listed as a delivery method, how does that work?

Please choose which game and item(s) you want us to deliver, make an order but do not pay it. However, get the price, and confirm it with our Live Support. Live Support will then give you a name to deliver it to.  Once you have sent the funds, contact Live Support again, and give them the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).  We will pick up the funds within 12 hours and then begin to process your order.

Do you have a delivery guarantee?

While we try to deliver all game currencies within 4 hours, we are not always able to do this.  As this is the case, we offer a 5% bonus if the order goes beyond 48 hours. 

My order 72 hours late now, and it has not yet been delivered, what do I get now?

Because we know your order is important to you, we will refund your money, cancel the order, and give you a 10% off coupon if the order goes beyond 3 days.  We will also try to explain why the order has taken so long.  We realize you probably need the currency sooner then we are able to deliver it.  We know it is in our best interest to keep the money and deliver it when we can, but we do not want to tie up your money longer then needed.

Is there any time, which will negate the 5% bonus?

Yes, the bonus gold doesn't apply during Spring Festival, which is the celebration of Chinese New Year, and shuts down most sites for 2 weeks.  Other times the bonus gold is negated is when servers are down for the game you are ordering for.  If you order before a patch day, and the patch lasts 8 hours, then the 24 hour guarantee gets bumped to 32 hours.  Additionally, if for

Are there discounts for larger orders/guilds/clans?

Which servers do you supply on my game?

We offer supplies of game currency on all the games listed on our site, on all servers available. To see a list of available servers and the services offered, please select your game on the left of your screen. If a game is not listed, but you wish to see if we can supply game currency for you, please contact our Live Help or email us at support@ubergold.com.

Do you sell gold/currency for Private Servers?

If a emulator site owner contacts us, we will offer gold for their server.

How is my information protected from hackers/fraudsters?

By becoming an UberGold customer, you are dealing with a reputable company with a history of satisfied customers. However, successful companies such as ours are often targetted by hackers and phishers in order to steal your account, personal and/or payment information. We ask that you take certain precautions to protect yourself from fraud:

  1. When purchasing through UberGold, you should only send payments to sales@ubergold.com - if you are asked to send payment to any other address, this is not us! Ensure that, when you think you are purchasing on the UberGold web site, that the URL in your address bar reads “ubergold.com”. There should not be anything following the .com in our URL.

How will I be paid for goods that I sell to UberGold?

Why do you sometimes need to call me when I've made an order?

  1. There may have been an error on your order, a mis-spelt character name or complications with payment.
  2. If you have been unavailable to receive your order, we may call you to ask you to collect your order ingame, if remote delivery is not available.
  3. For larger orders, we must confirm your identity and legitimate possesion of the Credit Card, Paypal, or MoneyBookers account you are using to pay us with. This serves to decrease fraud and deter scammers, something which benefits all our customers and all MMORPG players.
  4. If you are worried about an order or have not managed to resolve an issue via e-mail, we may call you to assure you and help resolve any problems you are having

What time are you likely to call me regarding an order?

We are aware of vast time differences between certain countries, and so we will strive to call you between 8am and 10pm in your time zone to ensure you are available and that we don’t wake you up! If you sleep during those hours, them please make sure to let us know when you place your order.

How can I communicate with UberGold after my payment has been made?

Why do your prices change so frequently?

We raise and lower our prices in accordance with market supply and demand. When supply is short and demand is high, prices will increase. When supply is plentiful but there is little demand, prices will decrease. This is the reason for changing prices and also why currency prices may vary from server to server on one game.

Will my account get banned if I buy from UberGold?

Quite simply - no. We have never been informed of any account bans of UberGold customers due to their dealings with UberGold. We are a reputable company that does not engage in cheating, exploiting or phishing. Dealing with other companies who obtain currencies and virtual commodities through these illegitimate means may result in your account being banned, but we can assure you we are not one of those. How is my order delivered?

Once you have placed an order on our web site, we shall proceed to verify your identity and arrange delivery.

  1. Verification : In order to prevent online fraud, we shall contact you via telephone (using the number provided on your Paypal or MoneyBookers account) to verify your ownership of the account.
  2. Delivery Method : Once verified, we will aim to deliver to you immediately. This may mean meeting your character ingame, mailing to you ingame, using an Auction House, Trading Post, or Bazaar, or disclosing information via e-mail. If you are required to be online of delivery, and you are offline at the time of delivery, we shall contact you and ask to arrange another time for ingame delivery.

Power Leveling services shall be completed within the time-frame agreed upon when purchasing. If you have any queries about our delivery process, please contact our Live Help.

How do I know this is not a scam?

Realisticly, you don't before the order is made.  We would like to think that many people have talked about us in positive ways on other sites, but if you do not know our reputation, then it is understandable that you might think we are just trying to get your money.  However, if you have not yet received your order, and wish to have a refund, we will do so.  This is the true way to tell if you have been scammed or not.  We offer refunds.

Do you offer other methods for delivery, then what is offered when I order the gold/currency. 

We can make arrangements, but you must do so before you place the order with us.  If you change the way the order is to be delivered, such as using a auction house, trading post, or bazaar and we do not have it as a delivery option, then we will use the methods we do offer such as mail or face to face trading.

I was mailed the gold/currency but when I checked my mail, my gold was not there.  Now what?

When we mail you the gold/currency, we will notify you via email or phone, provided on the order.  You will have 10 hours from the time we deliver it to pickup your gold.  If you fail to pickup the gold in this time, then if you want redelivery, you will have to pay for it again.  We do strive to deliver your gold as fast as possible, but coming back to us, 11 or more hours later and saying you did not get it, is unfair to us.  If the gold is not there within that time, please contact our live support.  We will investigate the matter, and if we determine that the gold/currency was not delivered, then we will re-issue a delivery.  The 48 hour guarantee does not apply to redelivered gold.
