Gold, Credits, or other game Currencies

In the vast majority of cases, we are able to fulfil orders within 48 hours. However,sometimes we may be unable to fulfil your order right away. If this is the case, you will be given the option to cancel your order and get a refund, or wait for us to have stock again.  If you choose to let us deliver it to you late, then we will give you a 5% bonus.

For gold, credits, or other game currencies, there are no returns.  We have delivered your product in good faith and cannot accept a return of the product. 

If we have not yet delivered your order and you wish to have a refund of the monies paid, please contact our Live Support immediately, so we may attempt to pause or stop your order.  If we are successful, then we will offer you a refund.  If we are not successful in halting it, then we will consider the order delivered and not refund the monies.

Account Sales

If you are unhappy with an account which you purchased, and the account is in the same condition as you received it, which means that all the characters are still on the account, all gold, credits, or game currency and items which were on the account when you received it are still on the account.  It also means that the account has not been banned nor suspended for any reason.  We will offer you a store credit within the first 24 hours, however there will be a 20% restocking fee. 

Cancellation of Powerleveing

You may cancel powerleveling, however before you login to the account, please make sure to contact our support services prior to logging in on the account.  Forcing us off the account or failing to notify us may cause a suspension or ban.  If you notify us first, then we can get off the account first.  We will then ascertain the cost of the leveling we did and refund the difference.

A powerleveling package is a discounted rate when ordering things together.  You can sometimes receive up to a 25% discount.  When you cancel an order, with uncompleted work, we take each of the parts out of the package to give the rate, so the cost might be the same or even higher. In cases where the work was higher then the package itself, we will not bill you however, neither will we be able to refund any monies.

Refunds

We handle all refund requests through our Live Help. We do not accept refund requests via e-mail for security reasons. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our Live Help. 

If your request for a refund is granted, we shall make a payment to your Paypal or MoneyBookers account within 24 hours. If you paid with a Cashier's Check, Money Order, Western Union, or Bank Transfer, then we will issue a refund via check withn 48 hours after the funds have cleared our bank.  We will not refund any monies if the funds have not cleared. 

All refunds will be verified with a phone call. 

Privacy Policy

We only collect information from you to assist with your order, whether it be to contact you, process your payment or send you free gifts! We never share the information we collect with third parties, and all hardcopies of your details will be disposed of appropriately. We will occasionally send out newseltters with specials and coupons. If you wish to opt out of these mailings, you can do so by editing your profile.

When entering your information to ubergold.com, you are doing so through secure web pages with the latest security features to protect against intruders. Your information is then stored in an encrypted format on our servers. We follow stringent technical and managerial guidelines to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our web site reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL); an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator,Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL Browser, Opera, Safari, and Mozilla FireFox, so that only we can read a customer's personal information.

By using the ubergold.com web site, you agree to these Policies. These are our entire and exclusive Policies and they supersede any earlier version. We may change our Policies at any time by updating a new version. It is your responsibility to stay up-to-date with this agreement.
